This celebrated orchestra which has so generously performed at the Bermuda Festival, on such a regular basis that we feel we could claim it as our own, will return to the Island for two concerts. We are thrilled to announce that the first will be conducted by world-renowned conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy and will include Haydn’s Cello Concerto in D with Caroline Dale as soloist. Ms Dale made her name as the cellist who played in the sound track of the controversial film Hilary and Jackie about the cellist Jacqueline du Pré.
